Seaview Regency Prestige

Seaview Regency Prestige is an off plan project of 13 detached and 6 semi-detached villas on a gently sloping hillside in a bay just over the hill from Gundogan called Kucukbuk. This is a quiet little bay known for its clear sea and the fish restaurant on the beach. There is also a beach café and bar on the beach. Gundogan town itself is famous for its local fish restaurants and has all the amenities such as pharmacy, bakery, mini-supermarket, etc. Thompson Holidays also operates a windsurfing and water sports school in this very picturesque town.

The villas are thoughtfully laid out in landscaped gardens to provide good sea views, cascading down to the superb pool terrace below. Being on a hillside means each one of the villas has great views. The aim is to provide an ultra sophisticated elegant complex of beautifully constructed modern homes; just 5 minutes walk to the beach.

A - Detached villas

These desirable houses are architect designed to a high specification. The intelligent use of windows and wooden slats provides plenty of light but the interiors are designed to be a cool retreat from the heat of the sun. There is an interesting use of different textures both inside and out, with a combination of wood and stone utilised in various ways.

The entrances are impressive; being double height with double wooden doors and a floating portico. From the front door you can see through the hall and out through doors into the garden.

To the right are a guest bathroom and a double bedroom. Passing the stairs on the left you enter the spacious dining room/kitchen which in turn opens on to the living room with double doors onto the private garden.

Taking the stairs to the upper floor brings you to an airy hallway with a balcony. Opening off it are a bedroom, family bathroom and the master suite with its own shower room and private balcony overlooking the garden and sea. Everything needed in a modern home has been thought of in the design of these houses.
